Dr. Kerle

Dr. Kerle’s love for dentistry started with the encouragement of his 5th grade teacher and his family dentist.

After finishing a Master’s of Science focusing on developmental anatomy and histology and graduating from the University of Michigan School of Dentistry, Dr. Kerle set up his practice in northern Michigan.
Dr. Kerle spent 23 years seeing kids of kids, going to weddings, making hospital visits and going to funerals. Dr. Kerle next spent 2 years teaching in the biology department at Greenville University. After a church mission trip to Bolivia and doing part time dentistry, Dr. Kerle realized that dentistry was where his heart was.
I greet each day as a special opportunity to help people. I enjoy helping my patients look at the big picture and see how the little pieces of health all fit together. From there we can figure out how they want us to help them get them to optimal oral health.
